bounce Human beings are the most important, potent and critical resource of any organization, and yet the least understood and the worst managed of its resources.

We. Human beings, made that we so called organization. Without us, it would be nothing. Naturally, we are powerful and strong. And most often we tend to criticize everything around us.

We are so hard to please. Even if some are not, but, generally, we dont agree on something easily. We find ways to argue and oppose over something.

In relation to the saying above, we, human beings are the so called machine behind any organization. We are also the ones who destroys it. Why? It is because of the mis management and the wrong decisions made over something. We have the attitude of craving on something we want and if we already have it, we'll just take it for granted. That's why some organizations fail. It's just like saying "We can make it, and can break it."

hi, alyssa!!!

of course, we, humans, comprise the organization. we run the organization. i agree that we are the machine behind any organization because it is us who control everything from the lowest form of work to the most difficult of decisions...

i believe that the saying "we can make it and break it" can be generally pointed at us, future IT professionals because right now, IT is slowly creeping into the core of an organization.

*i'd appreciate your comments, too...*
