hMMm.am not really sure bOut this but for me since that we BSIT students are more on peopleware rather than the CS students. And since that we deal on people, we must learn how to deal with different people especially that we are going to mingle with them someday. With this subject, we know how an organization runs and looks like, in particular to a Human Resource Department. And maybe, on nearby future, we already know how to deal with our boss.

I agree with what you've posted.
I observed that only the IT students have this as part of their curriculum.
This can be of great help in the near future when properly implemented... ^^,
do you really have to study HRM just to deal with people effectively??
guess not..i just think that including HRM into your course curriculum means a lot deeper that what you think..
you just have to discover it yourself.. ^.^
